Welcome to the Karmen Ward State Farm Agent office, proudly serving Portland, IN and surrounding communities since 2014! I have over 36 years of experience in the insurance industry and a passion for helping people navigate their insurance needs. Having grown up in nearby Randolph County, I take pride in supporting my Good Neighbors in Jay and Adams counties and beyond. Nearby areas we serve include Dunkirk, Redkey, Albany, and Bluffton, but we help people from all over Indiana and Ohio. We want to help you enjoy each day to the fullest! When I’m not in the office, I like to spend as much time as I can with my family. I’ve been happily married for over 21 years, and my husband and I have two amazing daughters and two beautiful grandchildren. I also enjoy indulging in my hobbies, including golfing, baking, and creative projects like quilting. I cherish the relationships I've built while serving my community and look forward to building more for many years to come.
