At Karmen Ward State Farm Agent, we have been serving the Portland, IN, community since

2014. Growing up in nearby Randolph County, I take great pride in supporting the families and

businesses of Jay and Adams counties and beyond. With over 36 years of industry experience, I

am passionate about helping residents in Indiana and Ohio navigate their insurance needs with

confidence and care.

Our office offers a variety of insurance options, including Home, Life, and Auto Insurance, to help

you protect what matters most. We are also here to assist with Renters, Motorcycle, and Condo

Insurance, providing diverse options to customers in Dunkirk, Winchester, Decatur, and

surrounding areas. My team and I work to create a welcoming environment where you can feel

comfortable asking questions and making decisions for your future.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and finding joy in my hobbies. My husband

and I have been married for over 21 years and have two wonderful daughters. We are also proud

grandparents. Whether on the golf course, quilting, or baking something new, I love staying active

and creative.
